Worrywart: All these jobs coming in and design briefs to crack. I'm really worried.
Optimist: Wow! It's a good thing, sounds like perhaps it's time you thought about expanding.
Worrywart:Expand? I'm not even sure what's going to happen 3 years from now.
Optimist: Er, try it for a year first?
Worrywart: I'm really worried.

If you worry a lot, and want to give it a rest, try reading THE WORRYWART'S PRAYER BOOK. It has many examples of how worry is a waste of time, and might, actually, be able to help you stop....or at least think about your options.

You can also visit The Worrywart's Corner. It's a resource for people who want to leave worry behind.

all the best,
